WRLS Auction and Super Saver Rules & Regulations March 10, 2007

1. All merchandise offered for sale is new unless otherwise stated.
2. All bids and Super Saver purchases must be made on the phone and called in on 634-4871.
3. No bids will be accepted at the radio station.
4. All bids must be made in increments of $20 on items under $500, $50 bid increments on items valued over $1,000 and $100 bid increments on items valued over $10,000.
5. All "Auction merchandise will have opening bid prices set by the WRLS Auction Coordinator.
6. All bids will be accepted as offers to purchase and will be considered final. If you bid on merchandise, you are obligated to purchase it at that price. WRLS will not take back merchandise.
7. WRLS reserves the right to retain merchandise that does not meet the minimum price standards.
8. State sales tax, county tax and a 1% handling fee will be added to the purchase at the time of payment.
9. Payment may be made with cash or good personal check at the WRLS Studios during normal business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. All items purchased on the March 10, 2007 Auction must be picked up no later than 5 PM on Friday, March 16, 2007.
10. WRLS reserves the right to sell any auction at any time. If you want an item, make a strong bid and you just may get it; some items will be put on timers, others will be sold outright.
11. You may bid on as many items as you want or purchase as many items as you want in the Super Saver Department, providing there is no limit set by the business providing the certificate. When you get through, make it count.
12. If you are the highest and winning bidder, a WRLS service representative will contact you by phone to arrange payment and pick-up.

WRLS Deep Discount Hotline Rules & Regulations 2007

1. All certificates for merchandise are sold at set prices determined by the WRLS auction coordinator.
2. All certificates will be sold at that price only, unless discounted during the auction.
3. The numbers to purchase items on the Deep Discount Hotline are 634-3025 and 634-9961.
4. You may buy as many items as you wish, providing there is no limit set by the business providing the certificate.
5. Payment may be made with cash or good personal check at the WRLS Studios during normal business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. All items purchased on the March 10, 2007 auction must be picked up no later than 5 PM on Friday, March 16, 2007.
